EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. All products purchased from CraamFit.com (except imported products) can be exchanged within 24 Hours or 1 days only if:

  • You must notify us within 1 days of delivery by calling or Whatsapp at +92-324-7707286. In case an item is found to be faulty or damaged, you will have to send the defective product back to CraamFit within 7 days of delivery. Upon receipt, CraamFit shall issue a replacement against the product mentioned in the Invoice (Imported products will not be exchange). You will be required to send photographic evidence of the defective item at +92-324-7707286 within 1 days of purchase before any claims can be processed. There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include:
  1. Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, mentioned number of items. 
  2. Product is damaged because of use or product has been tampered. 
CraamFit does not offer a “cash refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” in these cases. 
A “refund” will not issued if:
  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased or the replacement (size or color) is unavailable.
  • The transaction does not verify the security checks and CraamFit is not willing to process such order.
  • The shipment has been delayed due to weather issues, logistic issues, political issues, etc. and the customer thinks that they do not need the products any longer.

  • CraamFit has the right to cancel orders for reasons such as - item is out of stock, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.

  • Return and exchange polices are not applicable on our imported products.
  • Customers are responsible to bear the cost of shipping in case of exchanging or returning any products.
